Hi,

I noticed wrong tooltip on unrecognized symbols.

It says something like "jk!w" (see picture for exact view as it contains unprintable characters).

Yes. Seems the IDE does that, good that it is not crashing....

Do you see the same tooltip if you disable VA via the menu item:

VAssistX -> Enable/Disable Visual Assist X

Assuming the underlining came from VA (VA does not underlined mistyped symbols in VS2010) then VA does not know what this symbol is, so I would not expect it to show a tooltip for it.
