I am not sure I understand. The "Files in Solution" list in VA View is designed to only show the file names, to provide a quick and easy way to locate the file you want.
If you want to know which project a file belongs in, this information is shown in the Open File in Solution dialog box:

Projects are easily found in the Solution Explorer. What do you mean by unloaded projects? If the project is not part of the solution then it is not going to be listed. You will need to open the correct solution before its projects are shown. |
