Posted - Aug 18 2011 : 3:08:36 PM Hi, I recently updated my XDK version, and Visual Assist (Visual Assist X 10.6.1854.0) was working fine before the update. Now it is giving license error and if I type in my key, it is not accepting the key. I tried uninstalling VA X then reinstalling and rebooting the system but the error still appears. Any one have any ideas on how to fix this ? |

Posted - Aug 18 2011 : 3:54:00 PM never mind. The issue got resolved. In the process of reinstalling, I installed the new version 1854 which was not purchased. I uninstalled 1854 and installed 1850, and now it works. Thanks for the fast response.
Rg the details: OS: Windows 7 IDE :Visual Studio 2008 IDE : Yes I tried with admin rights.

Posted - Aug 18 2011 : 3:19:45 PM Which OS and IDE are you using? Are you running the IDE as an administrator, or a limited user? Have you tried entering the license key as an administrator? What error message are you getting? |
