does this make sense? |

Posted - Feb 24 2012 : 4:37:25 PM You can write a function or macro that writes both to standard output and to a big log file. Your function or macro should just append your output to the log file even when you start your program instead of overwriting it, so you get a big file with your old results.
Alternatively, since the output is a text file, so can copy-paste parts of it to a new file when you know you will need the values later.
Or if you meant debugger output, there is already a tool for this: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2586933/how-do-i-redirect-output-from-the-visual-studio-debugger/ |
