Sometimes I'm not quite sure what a return type is, so I simply write:

foo = bar();

Then I tell Visual Assist to create a local variable foo. What it does is it creates:

BarType foo;

somewhere at the top of my function. What I actually want is:

BarType foo = bar();

Feel free to correct me in case I'm just using the feature wrong.

This makes sense. I have put in a feature request for Create from Usage to reuse what it have at hand to see what the developers make of it:

case=76424

So Create from Usage wouldn't create separate declaration line.
