Please create command with hotkey that will copy fully qualified symbol name under cursor to clipboard. Find Symbols should be able to locate that symbol.
I want send that name to colleagues chat, they have to find it using command "find symbols" |

Are you familiar with the VA Context and Definition fields? If you place the caret into the symbol, then the Context field may well hold the information you want:
