Hi,
I love the List Include function so much that I added it to my toolbar with Customize. However, there doesn't appear to be an icon for it, so I either have to leave it blank or use text, and real estate up there is scarce.
It might also make sense on the context menu, both in the editor and in Solution Explorer (if it's possible to add things there).

The context menu is fairly busy, we don't want to add to many extra commands there unless there is a lot of call for this.
Are you aware that you can bind a keyboard shortcut to this command? Just use:
IDE Tools menu -> Options -> Environment -> Keyboard
and map the command VAssistX.ListIncludeFiles to a keyboard shortcut that works for you.
We are looking to add more icons to the commands we expose, for use on the toolbar, I have added this command to the list:
