I use a black background for text editing. Unfortunately, I do not have the control i'd like in changing the visual assist X font colors. I can choose from discrete colors, but there is no way to create my own. It would be even better if there were a default color-scheme for dark backgrounds -- so I don't have to mess around with it.

We may consider something like this in the future, but it is not a high priority at the moment.

Yes! Detailed color editing would be very nice. Furthermore VA could give the ability to change the MSVS colors. VS (in V6) only allows to change colors to some default colors, but in the registry you can change the colors to values you prefere. This could be done by color-picker in VA...

Everyone has their own personal preferences for colours, so default colours are hard to provide. Plus it depends on the colour scheme you are using in the IDE.

Are you aware there are three colour lists available for each item in the VA options dialog? That is a LOT of possible colours. Check out the Web tab and notice the size of the scroll bar.
