Posted - Jan 01 2007 : 05:21:09 AM Due to cheap LCD monitor, we now using two monitor for programming environment and it more common setup. Is there way for Visual Assist to take advantage of this setup.
If you look at Source Insight 3.5 (very good editor but no longer updated), it has really useful secondary window viewing. You simply point at method or properties for 1 second or such, the secondary window automatically updates routine program that reference to the them (via second monitor). Try it on Source Insight and you see what I mean.

Posted - Jan 02 2007 : 09:44:18 AM depending on your IDE you can undock the various windows you use, like output, solution explorer, VAView, and move these onto the second monitor where they continue to work quite happily. |
