If a type or a routine are only declared in one header file, offer an add include "..." for C/C++ in the refactor menu.
This should work in most cases for types and even for non-static non-overloaded methods.

Hover over an unrecognized symbol and choose "Add include xxxx" from the refactoring context menu.
