In VS I'm used to press Alt+A when replacing all occurrences. The rename tool requires Alt+R ("&Rename"). I believe Alt+A would be more natural in this case, so perhaps you should change it to "Ren&ame"? |

znakeeye I am confused. Ctrl+Shift+H opens the IDE's find and replace in files dialog for me. In this dialog Alt+A is simply the shortcut for a button inside that dialog.
If you want to trigger the Rename button in the rename dialog then press Enter. That is one key press rather than two. |

You can configure your IDE for yourself 
I am happy with Alt+R, and maybe it is easier to remember to Alt+R  |

Ctrl+Shift+H, Alt+A
Do it all the time! What I mean is that "Do this for all" is usually denoted Alt+A. You should follow that "standard" ;) |

What are you accessing with Alt+A? Looking at VS2005 Alt+A opens the IDE's "Data" menu, which has nothing to do with VA. |
