In VS I'm used to press Alt+A when replacing all occurrences. The rename tool requires Alt+R ("&Rename"). I believe Alt+A would be more natural in this case, so perhaps you should change it to "Ren&ame"?

znakeeye I am confused. Ctrl+Shift+H opens the IDE's find and replace in files dialog for me. In this dialog Alt+A is simply the shortcut for a button inside that dialog.

If you want to trigger the Rename button in the rename dialog then press Enter. That is one key press rather than two.

You can configure your IDE for yourself
I am happy with Alt+R, and maybe it is easier to remember to Alt+R

Ctrl+Shift+H, Alt+A

Do it all the time! What I mean is that "Do this for all" is usually denoted Alt+A. You should follow that "standard" ;)

What are you accessing with Alt+A? Looking at VS2005 Alt+A opens the IDE's "Data" menu, which has nothing to do with VA.
