Here is a feature that I think would be very nice to have:

When you choose refactor->AddMember, instead of just popping up an input box asking for the member name, show a dialog that lists all base class members as well as the free form input.

If you choose a base class member, it automatically creates the member in the class with a forwarding call to the base class.

I suppose to be perfect, the list of base class members could be nice treeview. Anyways if this is already possible someone tell me how please!

We are considering doing something like this:

Currently their is no direct method of doing this, you need to overload the function manually in the derived class. You may find VA View helpful in keeping an eye on the base class, or VA Outline helpful for copying specific functions from the base class.
