Working with WTL makes problems cause VA "always" mixes up with MFC. Think that VA during parsing project should decide which library is used or make project dependent settings where user will be able to select what is used.

If you simply want to exclude directories from being checked by VA you might find this forum thread helpful:

Not sure what you mean about "mixes up". Do you get wrong suggestions? Can you give me an example?

Yes, in 99% is shows wrong suggestions.
Eg:

CComboBox cb;
cb.            <- here shows MFC
WTL::CComboBox cb;
cb. <- it is ok (in most situations)
