public enum SC_START_TYPE : int
{
	SERVICE_BOOT_START            = 0x00000000,
	SERVICE_SYSTEM_START          = 0x00000001,
	SERVICE_AUTO_START            = 0x00000002,
	SERVICE_DEMAND_START          = 0x00000003,
	SERVICE_DISABLED              = 0x00000004
}

Would be nice to be able to refactor this automatically so it matches C# standard naming scheme. Makes it easier to convert C++ legacy code to C#/.Net

1) remove underscores, uppercase first letter after underscore
2) lowercase the rest

That is as good as it gets. Thanks a lot. I was thinking about it, but my knowledge of VB and macros is as good as my willing to use it. After Microsoft's Professional Basic Workbench (was that 1990? something like that) I really didn't care much any more about Basic and what came after.

In terms of adding this to VA, this is a bit to close to code formatting for my tastes. How long before people want words converted into some other custom format?

Having said that, it is an interesting thing to try and do with an IDE macro, so I had a go. Have a look here:

Use CTRL-W to select the word, trigger the macro, and be happy
