I would like to suggest the following features for future releases of visual assist X: - ctrl + mouse leftclick works like current alt + g. Ctrl + mouseclick is very common in java IDEs. - add new snipets for copy constructor, assignment operator. It would be nice if there was also some menu action to generate contents of copy constructor and assignment operator. Normal members would be copied using = operator, pointers would be represented by a commented line with code that just copies the pointer (disabled by default) - provide documentation for code snipets $something$ strings |

Posted - Dec 01 2008 : 09:50:57 AM Depending on the IDE you are using, you may be able to find a power toy to help you map mouse clicks to a custom action. If so this would allow you to bind Ctrl+mouse click to Alt-g.
We are considering a command to create a default copy constructor:
