When the background color of editor was changed to specific value(such as black/dark gray), coloring VA Navigation bar and the current line highlight box looks ugly, I think customizing their background/foreground color should be helpful.

Is this added to VA's TODO list?

To change the current line colour use:

IDE tools menu -> Options -> Environment -> Fonts and Colors -> Display items = VA X Current line

the VA navigation bar uses the global windows colour scheme, along with the other windows in the IDE. If you want to change the background colour of this then you need to change the global Windows colour scheme via Control Panel.
