Now in the find references results dialog, all references are organized in a treeview and I can copy the results one by one. But imaging there are handreds of results...is there any way to export all references results to a flat file at one time? I spent several hours in Google, but find no answers. VS doesn't support this function either.

This thread should be updated when the case is done, and the changes are also listed on the history of changes page when a new build is posted:

We can add a command to the context menu to copy all results. case=33532

Turning on:

VA Options -> Advanced -> Refactoring -> Display project nodes in Rename dialog references lists

should give you fewer root nodes.

Yes, it is much better than copy them one by one, but it is still not enough for me, because I have a solution containing more than 30 projects, and I need to find 6 symbols (they are member functions in a class), so I have click more than 30 * 6 = 180 times if I want to collect all those references. It would be better if I can multiply select those root projects. Alternative is that the root could be a solution file?

You can copy the root project node just like you copy a single item node and all children will also be copied.
