} catch (CFileException* e) { } catch (CException* e) { } It seems that this is a highly specific usage for (possibly?) MFC programmers. It would be far more useful to the average C++ programmer to have
try {
} catch (const std::exception& ex) {
} where the cursor would be placed over the std::exception

Posted - Mar 23 2010 : 3:27:22 PM You can easily edit the VA Snippet for try / catch. The default snippets are just there to get people started and give them ideas. Clearly they cannot be perfect for every person in every situation.
