Native developers (C++) will only need C++, XML and HTML features for example (a C++ developer will never need VB support - and maybe vise versa )
Developers like me (C++ and C#) will use ReSharper for C# and VA for C++
ReSharper comes with C# and VB.NET support but customers have the choice to purchase a "C# only edition" for a lower price than the full edition (C# plus VB.NET) - BTW, a C# developer will never use VB.NET
