If I have
#include <foo\\bar.h>
and I select the '\\' and press '/' (to replace it), I don't want to see
#include <foo/*\\*/bar.h>

Do you run into this situation often? I'm afraid if we made "mini" exceptions for very specific cases like this, it would be inconsistent with the general behavior. It could lead to confusion.

Currently you have the following options:
- to turn off surrounding:
VA Options -> Advanced -> General -> Surround selection on / * ( { and #
- if you use add include refactoring, you can set the default delimiter:
