Unwanted suggestions appear:
class CTest
{
public:
	bool operator < (CTest const &other); // Delete ( and type it again for unwanted suggestion to appear

};

I think this appeared in the latest version only. "Include suggestions in listboxes" is disabled as well as any editor auto suggestion options.

Tying ; is slow
Previous version fixed this, but now typing ; is slow again

I don't see any suggestion, just a parameter info tooltip:

Have you turned off
VA Options -> Advanced -> Suggestions -> Include VA Snippets in listboxes
as well?

About the semicolon problem: I've done a little research about this since it was handled by feline last time. Are you seeing slower repeat rates in comments like:
// ;;;;;

I don't see this problem with VS2010 and VA1823.

Do you see these problems in a clean new win32 test project as well?
If yes, then exporting your settings may help reproducing these problems here:

IDE tools menu -> Import and Export Settings -> Export selected environment settings

VA Options -> Performance -> Export Settings

You can send these using the form:
