This seems to happen to me about 20% of the time.
Lst's say the very first item in your project's SIW list is "AARDVARK". Now click on the edit portion of the SIW combobox, right-click, and select Paste from the context menu. Let's imagine you pasted in "MySymbol"; now click on "MySymbol" in the listbox portion of the SIW combobox.
Now what should happen, and what does happen 80% of the time, is that you are taken to the definition of "MySymbol". About 20% of the time, though, you are taken to "AARDVARK" - even though you waited two or three seconds before clicking on "MySymbol", and even though "AARDVARK" did not appear in the listbox when you clicked.
This is very reproducible for me...
