Looking at the following screenshot, I wonder how to use the goto menu. Neither the description nor the location information is helpful. In this case I dont even see the ones I need; its an ATL/WTL project, but I see only the MFC definitions 
Also the menu is not even large enough (or my screen is too small) to hold all definitions.
What about a popup dialog (or at least a scroll list) when more than X definitions are found?
