I was working along and noticed that the spin buttons on the "Context" window had disappeared. The combobox itself seemed to still work fine, but where the spin buttons had been was now just an empty square.
Restarting VC6 fixed the problem. Unfortunately, I don't know when they disappeared.
We are experiencing the problem on one machine. We can't yet determine the culprit. It doesn't happen often. Like you, we notice the buttons gone probably long after the root problem.
