This has never happened to me before (maybe I don't spell-check enough). I was spellchecking a CPP file, and it got to the end of file, and them prompted me to correct "{NULL}". I don't mean the word NULL, I'm trying to convey that the spellchecker wanted me to correct nothing: the edit control and the listbox in the "Check Spelling" dialog were both empty.
Clicking Add, Ignore, or Ignore All brings the dialog right back. Clicking Cancel dismisses the dialog.
Highly reproducible: reparsing, rebuilding symbols, and restarting VC6 have no effect.
