I was looking for these the other day. That explains where they went! I think they are supposed to be on the Debug menu, but it's a while since I needed to use them, and I never used them that much anyway...
We are not sure what happened but we are revamping our menu items and key bindings. We will change some of our internal menu IDs in the hope we do not conflict with the Xbox stuff.
We will retest when our revamp is done. We expect it in the next two or three builds.
