If i have file view split, then syntax coloring is missing some features in non-current view, when VS is not current application. Just Alt-tab somewhere and then back. Missing features are bold local variables (become non-bold) and some blue known symbols (from this file only?)

VA X does not support split windows well. The problem has been around for ages.

We ran into some brick walls long ago trying to hook the IDE with split windows. We will revisit the topic and see if we have any new ideas.

It's best to assume we cannot fix the problem.
