I want to make Visual Assist X active on a header file with a different extension (Visual Studio 6.0, German, Ent.Ed.). The proposed way in FAQ works for files with extension "df" - but not for those with "dc" or "co". The "dc"-files contain external declarations. (The extensions are registered for VS 6!)
