Before I installed VA X, double-click on a .rc file in "File View" switched me to "Resource View". Now, the panel flickers, and stays on "File View".
Tested in MS VC6 and eMbedded Studio 3.

We cannot reproduce the problem. Double-clicking an rc file in the File View of VC++ 6.0 causes the file to open.

Does the problem occur for all rc files? Can you Right+Click and select Open?

Any other clues?

VS6 - Same here. The file is loaded in the Resource View, but the the view is not activated. Happens for all .rc files.
