I think that it might be a helpful improvement for the Find Symbol dialog to regard typed uppercase letters as meaningful.
More often than not, when I type something in uppercase, it is because I KNOW that the symbol is written like this.
Especially for #define'd symbols or functions/classes which otherwise produce lots of results this would be helpful.

Ugh. Wouldn't that mean the I could no longer type symbols in all lowercase? I'd have to enter my symbols in exactly the correct case? So is it wmodMCISetting or wmodMciSetting? ...

No Larry, lowercase matches anything, uppercase matches only uppercase, it's quite a common feature in search engines.

Exactly. When you intentionally type uppercase, the match is case-sensitive. Otherwise it works as usual.

This sound nice. Either this, or an option in the dialogue which would toggle case sensitivity on.

I type everything in correct case anyway and case sensitivity would make my searches faster.
