 After 1st param, can't get parm tool tip to reshow		  New Topic  Topic Locked

For any method, after I type in the first param, if the tooltip for the parm list disappears, I cannot get it to come back, even if I use the keyboard shortcut.

After more testing, I found that if I wait for 60 seconds, delete the previous "," and retype a "," the parm tool tip is displayed -- sometimes.
