Occasionally, under VS2003.NET in C# files, VAX does not populate the member list box. Often, closing the file and reopening solves it. No clear pattern. But it seems to happen 1 out of 3 times when I open a C# file. Sidenote: the bars show the proper definitions and contexts, so it seems that is just misses the point when it should insert the data into the member list.
