Using build 1219 with the following setup:
VS.NET 2003 on Windows XP Pro (fully updated)
512MB of RAM
Dell Latitude C610 Laptop (ATI Mobility Radeon - Latest Drivers)
After the VA View is opened in 1219, tooltips within the IDE no longer appear correctly. I've attached a JPG below of how it appears... but it essentially looks like it's showing a stale portion of the screen with the Open File in Workspace button's glyph. It will stay this way until I close and re-start VS.NET.
After opening VS.NET, it will be fine until the first time the VA View window is opened... and then it's hosed up until I re-start. Also, while the problem is occurring, it happens with ALL tooltips, throughout the IDE and not just those on the toolbars at the top (i.e. the buttons in Solution Explorer, the Properties window, etc are also affected).
