| I can't reproduce this very often, but it happens from time to time. At least I have a hint that may help. It only seems to happen (to me) when I first switch to a file, select, and type immediately. |

Build 1230, Caret jumping occured for the first time here for me (and VERY annoying!)...
Cannot reproduce it, it just "happens" sometimes...
Typing code without watching the screen is almost impossible with this bug... 
First letter is on the right position, caret then jumps to somewhere else in the code and the rest of the word is typed there...
Word Wrap is disabled, using VS .NET 2003, VA_X 1230

Nah, it's not very frequent here either, but it happened in a coding-session 3 times (not in a row, though) yesterday.
As I wrote, very hard to reproduce...
