if i place a string like that

char* sz = "/* sdfsdf */";

every thing is ok, but with

/*
char* sz = "/* sdfsdf */";
*/

comment terminator seen is inside the string

Sounds like behavior-by-design. I would bet you that the compiler will see it that way, too. Inside of a comment, quotes do not mean anything (try leaving one off to check).
