OK, I might have missed how you do it, and if this is the case I appologise, but when you type #include and VA-X suggests #include " ", the things is suggests in the box do not necesarily include files in the File View of the workspace.
This seems like quite an obvious thing not to have included, so I appologise in advance if I have missed how you make it look there.
