I've started seeing the following problem in 1233, .NET 2003.

Suppose there is an overloaded function. I'm typing the arguments to the function and a tooltip comes up showing me the overloads. Further on, another tooltip comes up with suggestions for completing the current argument. But I can't use the up and down arrows to move through them, because the first tooltip is still present and the arrow keys just move me through the overloads. If I fall off the bottom of the overloads, I start moving around in the suggestions, but I don't realise that — what usually happens is that I hit Down-Enter but still get the first completion not the second.

I hope that makes sense!
