i have only just noticed this  . in the "open file in workspace" dialogue i am being told that the modified time on mtQtDomDocument is 04/19/2004. using VAX 1237
this is clearly in Month / Day / Year format.
in control panel -> regional and language options
i have my location set to "English (United Kingdom)", making the date format Day / Month / Year, which is the standard used over here.
it looks like you aren't picking up the local date format setting  |
