using VAX 1239 and VS .NET 2003, i get this when scrolling up and down VA View with my mouse wheel.



the "what is this" tooltip is good. however, you probably want to hide this once i start doing things with VA View

In build 1240, the "what is this tooltip" clears after a second or two.
