Everyonce in awhile the "Alt-G" tool tip shows up even when the IDE is in the background or minimized. I really cannot track this down to anything, but am wondering if maybe an "always on top" concept is being applied to this tool tip?

I should mention that I'm running Windows 2000 SP4 with Visual Studio 6.0 when I see this problem.
