It would be cool, because sometimes very hard to find function in very big list of scattered names.

I might have misunderstood your post, but you already can sort the "Context and Definition-Combobox" by either Appearance in your code or alphabetically.

You can filter the list as well. Type a few characters after the list opens, typically with Alt+M.
