Build 1246: If I type #endif followed by the Enter key (just as if I didn't have VA-X installed), the Enter key closes the popup menu but is not passed through to the text editor. I have to hit Enter a second time to get the newline I wanted. I would like it if #endif<enter> worked the same with or without VA-X. Thanks!

Something is screwy.

Do you have an Autotext entry named #endif? By default, you should have one named #en that expands to #endif.

Can you post a snippet of the listbox that appears just before you press Enter?

Same here.

Typing the whole #endif manually (ignoring the popup coming after #en), pressing ENTER just closes the Suggestion and keeps the caret at the end of line.

No (manually added) Autotext entry for #endif here.

case=190

I bet I know what is wrong... In the options, Text Editor, Completion. Uncheck the Return option and try again. I had just that option enabled, and I saw the same thing, when I changed it to just the Tab, then it was OK.

You're probably right.

But VAX should recognize when the user types the whole "suggested" word and should close the popup by itself, no matter which keys you set to accept suggestions...
