the biggest weakness of VS6 for me is (i'm still using it) the inability for a user to add file formats that it does not know about.

i know about the usertype.dat file but this has the unfortunate result of colouring all items in a single colour.

does VA have the capability to add new file types with keywords, enums, etc being coloured differently?

If you have C/C++ or C# code in files with non-standard suffixes, simply tell VA X what they are.

If you have an entirely different language, the answer is no.
