How about with the new 10.1 betas? My trial key for resharper has expired, so I can't verify it anymore myself. :( |

Still no progress with either of our two companies, i.e. us and JetBrains.
While the post at JetBrains claims we agreed to fix the problem, we cannot recall ever making the claim. Even if we did, the fix requires work from both companies, not from just one of us. |

Ok, can I request that you fix your side anyway, please? Running both tool would be a major benefit to me. |

We will look into the matter. No estimate yet as for a completion. Will likely need JetBrains to get anything done. |

FWIW,
I too would like to see these two tools work together. I love VA's IntelliAssist, but I like Resharper's refactoring...

Resharper offers more features than just refactoring. Most of the other features overlap with features in VA X -- and therein is the problem.
We cannot make features of VA X work with the non-refactoring features of Resharper. The two sets of features overlap. Each product thinks it has control of the IDE.
If you want Resharper for its refactoring, perhaps you can convince JetBrains to offer a refactoring-only product. It would likely not conflict with VA X. (We will suggest the idea to them.)
If you want Resharper for refactoring and all its other features, you cannot run VA X. |
