I just tried to connect to some of the links that now appear in the ballons when you hover over an item in the options dialog. When once the browser opened, It displayed the infamous "Page Not Found" message.

One of the links that it was trying to connect to was as follows:
http://www.wholetomato.com/products/features10.1/members.html?more=yes&goto=shrink

Ack! We were running an old copy of tooltip.html.

Should be fixed now.
