When I hover over an item in the options dialog box, a popup balloon appears describing the purpose of the option. Now there is the added ability of clicking on a link (within that ballon) that will take you to a web page that gives you a more detailed explanation of that option.
The problem is that in an attempt to move the pointer to that link, unless you keep your cursor exactly within the boundaries of the ballon, then the balloon disappears. The only way to keep the cursor within the balloon's boundaries is to follow the tiny little portion of the balloon that points to where your pointer was when the balloon popped up.
Because there is a delay before the balloons popup, couldn't there be a delay before they disappear? That would give a user the time to move their pointer to the link (prior to the balloon closing) without having to follow that narrow little path.
I know this is being picky, but that's what we're supposed to do isn't it?
