Will visual assist remain targetted to visual studio or will it be also available for other compilers like codewarrior or maybe on linux?

I'm not associated with Whole Tomato, but my understanding is that Visual Studio keeps them plenty busy enough. I also strongly suspect that there's no money to be made targetting less popular IDEs.

There is no chance we will support non-MS IDEs. We have too much to do as it is.
