i dont understand what you mean. i have .NET 2003 with VAX 1274, and
options -> listboxes -> shrink when possible

is turned on. closing and reloading the IDE does not effect this setting, it stays on for me.

The condition is that when i unchecked options->listboxes->shrink when possible and close .net 2003, it will be kept checked when I restart .net 2003.

I have reinstalled .net 2003 and vax 1274, it is same so.
