If the selection either includes a red-wavy-underlined word, or if the selection is empty, but the cursor is somewhere within that word, right-clicking brings up a context menu with only the "Add Word" and "Ignore All" options.
It should also include the default context menu options (or at least cut/copy/paste).
Note that if the selection only includes a portion of a misspelled word, the red-wavy-underline goes away, and the context menu is the default one for the text editor window.
(I'm using C++, if that makes a difference.)
