see the screen shot near the bottom of the page. i am not getting tooltips, but it could just be my machine. if someone else can confirm this i will add a case.
if i run .NET 2003 in a clean virtual machine then i am getting them to. there must be something common to both my home and work machines that is breaking this.
at least i know it is something about my machines. now i just have to find it. thanks for checking
